    Ref: any desktop version, it would be good to click on an icon in the system try - immediately launching a text box where you could enter new tasks in bulk. This would be a very quick way of capturing new to dos.

    I've done the copy and paste thing from Freemind and that does work.

    However I am starting to prefer XMind and its text export option (one-click) inserts numbering as per http://screencast.com/t/MDUzOTBhNzk

    Is there any way Checkvist can 'cut out' this numbering or would that be all up to XMind? (this is probably an obvious question).

    There's also Freemind and my paid favourite, Mindmeister.com

    By the moment, you can modify Checkvist presentation in the PRO plan. You can alter some colors, and provide advanced custom CSS styles which allow to change the font size. But this requires hard CSS coding. We need to provide simple way to specify different styles for a list.

    The sample CSS for reducing font size in the list is:
    ul.topLevel li { font-size: 12px;}
    ul.topLevel ul li, ul.topLevel ul li.task { font-size: 10px;}

    Some more customisation samples can be seen in this list: https://checkvist.com/checklists/486715

    I would just like a font that was less black / harsh - more greyish perhaps.

    +1 from me on all of that, including the ActionOutline thing.

    People's to-do lists can contain some really important and private information, information they would be loathe to see leaked; I think that some multifactor authentication would be a good idea to boost security. Search Google for 'GRC' and 'Yubikey' to read an indepth review of the Yubikey.

    This may be flogging a dead horse and it may be a crap idea but with regard to the sub-projects idea, here's a thought:

    I remember reading that 1 user had several hundred tasks in a list; Well, what about also making the text of the top-level tasks (i.e. sub-projects) searchable through the '[username]'s lists' search field. The top level tasks would appear and the user would click and be taken halfway (or where-ever) down the appropriate checklist to where the chosen sub-project/top-level task is located.

    Is such an idea even possible?

    Have you considered renaming the '[username]'s list' link - given that it now included the Tags page?

    I miss the way that Todoist helpfully has projects in permanent view. Yes, the 'll' shortcut in Checkvist is helped by the speed with which the pop-up appears (and the chosen checklist appears) but it's hard to beat a permanent view of projects. I find it helpful that Todoist allows for sub-projectstoo - in Checkvist I may have to make extensive use of the PgUp/Dn buttons and perhaps colour) to find sub-checklists.

    If a user has LOTS of checklists - then navigation of them through the 'll' pop-up may become time-consuming. Nozbe (expensive- | highly featured+ | cluttered interface-) allows users to have up to 1000 projects - which I find laughable - but still, I have several dozen in my roster: 5 main projectss and the rest sub-projects. I would appreciate (perhaps) tabs for the main checklists but that's just my view.

    Also have saved tag searches available on (semi) permanent display - the results of a 'ff' search (All lists) - they could be linked to from the Home Page.

    Great idea - choose secondary email address[es] - maybe have account email address pre-selected in a checkbox
