Calendar/iCal integration for specific Lists/Branches/Nodes
I manage many different projects with Checkvist, most of which are sub-nodes/branches of a main list (to keep list management sane).
As such, a single global iCal feed of all tasks in all lists can easily have too much "noise" to be useful for visualizing due dates for a project on a calendar.
It would be fantastic if we could generate an iCal feed for a specific list or branch of a list. Then, only the sub-tasks of the selected list/node with due dates would be displayed in the calendar.
This would make Checkvist's calendar integration much more usable.

Add folder structure for lists
I know this has been brought up before, but the addition of a folder structure for lists would be immensely helpful. I realize you answer is to tag the lists, and I have, but when you have many lists, it is just completely disorganized. I have created a checklist of checklists, and I know how to link them, but this still does not address the disorganized mess of checklists. I have even created a naming scheme to organize my lists in a logical order. I am no programmer, nor do I pretend to be, but I would think this would…

UI cusomization schemes
In color settings I should be able to select a color theme, like Zenburn, Solarized, Dark, where whole UI will be perfectly polished, to work with that theme.

Scroll tasklist by `Shift+Up/Down` pressing
Like ctrl+up/down scrolling in sublime text - very handy because when you type near the border of the document you can scroll and see further without the need of leaving the keyboard to touch the mouse and without moving the cursor from what you are typing

Delete a parent node without deleting its children

Email in tasks to be children of a specific task
Right now we can e-mail tasks to specific lists, which is great.
The catch is that the tasks appear at the top of the given list, which is rarely where a new task belongs.
They often belong (for me at least) as child tasks of some other task (i.e. some kind of random to-do parent task).
Could the current e-mail address scheme be modified so that it would accept "post+(secrecyCode)+(listID)+(taskID)@checkvist.com"?

Land focus on the link subject instead of the whole link while using bookmarklet
There could be a switcher to choose freely between those two.

User-Specific Prioritization
I think this is the last "dimension" or characteristic/property tweak that I really would need Checkvist to adopt in order to start using it more widely within the various companies I'm involved with. The issue right now, is that everything is shared on a given list, with very little user-specific customization or prioritization. So I can prioritize the list (via ordering, colors, etc) the way I see fit, but if it's a list that many people are working on (via assigned tasks and subtasks, for example) this breaks down. If there's one thing I've learned, it's that the only way…

Complete, Comment on assigned tasks via email reply for non-checkvist users
The vast majority of use cases, where checkvist is used collaboratively, will be that one or multiple people use checkvist while one or multiple people don't (or don't yet). For these situations, the only model that I've seen work well, is to allow the passive participants to "use" checkvist from the comfort of their own inboxes. Our inboxes are where most of us live, and for teams with different workflows, or even more commonly for that one-off-task you want to assign to someone that doesn't use checkvist, there should be an option for assignees to comment on and complete (and…

Print formatting
I have noticed when using the print-ready option, the text size is determined by the longest line of text. This means when printing multiple different lists, each one prints at a different scale or font size....
It would be great to be able to print at a given font size...

emoji support
Users would be amazed if you support emojis as Github does e.g. in their commits (see http://www.emoji-cheat-sheet.com). The ability to express emotions in a checkvist line makes editing tons more fun.

Add the ability to specify a maximum priority, rather than having to search for one priority at a time
When you search for a priority, you have to search for priority:[number], and then you only get the results for that number. If, for example, I search for priority:2, I get the priority 2 items, but not the priority 1 items. I would like to be able to use a query like "priority <=2" to return priority 1 and 2 items.
Adding boolean search would help, because then I would be able to search "priority 1 AND priority 2", but this would be more convenient when I'm looking for, say, items of priority 4 and above.

Archive lists for all users
The list AUTHOR must be able to archive the list for ALL users. This could be a 2nd teir option in the archive function. Perhaps if the person who is doing the archive function is the author, it asks a 2nd question – archive for all users?

Show all items with due dates in the to-do list in calendar export (including ASAP items)
Ideally showing them in the calendar view would be optional as well.

Add a view filter for 'shared lists'
In the all-list view, I would like a filter for 'shared lists' only. I have a lot of lists, some of these are collaborative, and it is tedious looking in the right-hand column for the ones labelled 'shared' to find them.

Bug: List name was not updated
Hello,
It seems that list name is not updated after renaming in the dropdown menu in the top right corner called "Lists".
What I did and what I've got:
1. I have two root lists (One and Two)
2. Create a new list, with default name
3. Switch to the list One
4. Go rename the new list to "ANewList"
5. Switch to the list Two
6. Go rename the new list to "AnotherList"Here's how I see new list's name in the Lists dropdown menu depending on from witch place I click on it:
1. From the home or…1 vote
