An error occurred while saving the comment I'm not sure, but this can probably be implemented as a custom printing CSS style, like
ul.topLevel > li.task { page-break-before: always; }
This style can be added for custom printing CSS section at the bottom of this page: https://checkvist.com/auth/profile#appearance
Hope, this helps,

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Bryan,
Thanks a lot for your suggestion, we really appreciate that.
Unfortunately, so far I think your suggestion contradicts with Checkvist approach of working from keyboard. Also, it will clatter user interface, which is already more complicated than we want it to be.
Still, I'll keep your request - may be we'll change our mind at some point and will add something like this in the future. But so far, I think it is rather unlikely.
Thanks again for sharing your idea :)

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for the suggestion, you're right, this is a basic and important feature.
But given that people don't do it often usually, we've postponed it so far. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Comments are more discussions, so rich reorganizing for them is probably not so important. May be, if we'd allow to easily convert notes to sub-items, this would be more helpful?

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi,
Lengthy texts are less readable. May be, we could consider using multi-column layout instead.
Personally, on my 27" iMac I always open a browser in half-width of the screen - so I have place for my IDE on another half.
Best,

An error occurred while saving the comment May I ask you, what kind of project do you have that you have to value people on how much did they write?

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Ralf,
Thanks a lot for the idea. You correctly mentioned that right now it is possoble to use copy/move dialog to copy contents of one list to another, but we could make this operation more convenient.
A note about extracting a part of the list - instead of 'mm' you can use 'xx' keyboard shortcut - it automatically inserts a link to extracted list.
We also think about an idea to allow live links, i.e. when you can include parts of one lists into another. May be, you'll want to vote for this issue as well: http://checkvist.uservoice.com/forums/2121-general/suggestions/1578087-list-of-links-to-tasks
Thanks again,

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello, unfortunately we use server side search index when searching cross-list, and providing partial matches is not that easy :(
So global search works on full words only so far.

An error occurred while saving the comment This is an interesting idea, though an unusual one. I haven't met even a full-featured issue tracker which would assign task weights based on priority. Usually the progress is always calculated with the weight 1. In Checkvist, we now have 6 levels of priorities, so weighting them would be far from obvious for people. Make it an optional feature? May be, but I don't think it will be popular enough anytime soon.
Anyway, thanks for sharing :)

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for the suggestion. The matter is, not every list of items is actually a task list, and showing progress inside each list may be annoying if progress doesn't have sense there.
May be, you'd want to vote for http://checkvist.uservoice.com/forums/2121-general/suggestions/176887-optional-complete-done-progress-indicator instead?

An error occurred while saving the comment Sorry, I don't think this is a good idea.
It could be really unsafe to complete the whole tree of nodes without looking at what is there.
You can complete notes which you don't remember about, or were added by another person.
What can be done here, though, is an automatic collapse of the just expanded node after completion.
What do you think?
Thanks a lot for the kind words :)
