Import from list/inline a list
Context: When lists grow, it may be useful to break them into multiple lists. The symmetric operation would be merging a list into another.
Breaking lists apart can be done with "move to another list". This operation could be extended with an option to insert a link to the destination in the source list.
Merging is available in Checkvist only "from the other side": One needs to go to the other list and then use mm or the "copy/move to" dialog.
I'd rather have an "inverse" of mm. Basically that's the "copy/move to" dialog as "copy/move from". It would insert at the current location.
For convenience, there could be a way to replace a link to a list with the list's content.
Personally I don't need these structural operations often. Most of the time working within a list is just right. But once in a while I clean up and re-organize. Then it would come in handy.

Hello Kir,
currently I'm out of votes. Thanks for mentioning 'xx'. I once knew that, but now thought it was option to 'mm'.

Hello Ralf,
Thanks a lot for the idea. You correctly mentioned that right now it is possoble to use copy/move dialog to copy contents of one list to another, but we could make this operation more convenient.
A note about extracting a part of the list - instead of 'mm' you can use 'xx' keyboard shortcut - it automatically inserts a link to extracted list.
We also think about an idea to allow live links, i.e. when you can include parts of one lists into another. May be, you'll want to vote for this issue as well: http://checkvist.uservoice.com/forums/2121-general/suggestions/1578087-list-of-links-to-tasks
Thanks again,
