We thought about providing some kind of "Pages" as items, which would have large volumes of texts and would have rich text editor, but this is mostly visual issue. Currently, you can have ~64K of text in the item/note. -

An error occurred while saving the comment @Marica Thanks for the suggestion. If it would not be possible to take votes back and vote for another request - this would make more sense. People are free to decide what to use their votes for.
At the moment Checkvist is not that simple as we want it to be and having a permanent reminder of that on the top of UserVoice is not a bad thing :) And yes, we have plans to make the situation better, though it is a tough task.

Checkvist keeps the old entered text until it is sure the text is properly saved.
Possibly, this logic fails at some point and text is kept even after the item has been added successfully.Could you send us logs from the app when this is happening? To do it:
- Go to user profile page
- Set "Debug session is active" checkbox
- Reproduce the problem
- On the same profile page, click "Send logs to developers" link
- Write us about it, so we could know what to look at the logs.Thanks!

It is already possible to show notes for an item. You can press arrow right to do it.If you want to see all notes for all items, press 'ec' keyboard shortcut, and select the corresponding item from the list with keyboard.

Could you please let me know what kind of HTTP requests are sent too often? In general, Checkvist should update data incrementally, only for the changed lists.

An error occurred while saving the comment A possible solution - invoke an alternative of 'mm' command, select target list (with option 'current') and select target anchor (so the task will be under the anchor). Both selectors should allow to filter item at least by text.

We don't use Uservoice statuses actively. This particular feature is not trivial to implement, so we'd want to see some support from other users as well. We should very carefully choose which task to do.

Thanks for the suggestion. It makes sense, and strange that it was not requested before.
At the moment such feature can be implemented only for repeating tasks, because only for them we have an interface where such status can be edited.

A short note - "define portion of a list that is displayed as a full screen " - aren't you talking about focus mode (Shift+Right to focus on a node, Shift+Left to unfocus)?

Actually we've made items appear at the top due to people request, with the reason like this - not to miss recently added items.
Regarding your case - have you considered using two lists, one, inbox, for incoming tasks, and the second, where items are already correctly ordered? You can use multiple selection and 'mm' or cut/paste to move items between lists (in desktop version).

We definitely not going to rewrite the app into native one, rather we may provide a native wrapper for the PWA app at some point, when we'll consider it mature enough (we need traffic from Apple/Google stores anyway :)Thanks,

Please try http://m.checkvist.com, when saved to home screen it saves the password and does not require re-typing it. It also provides offline access to your data.
