    I tried your suggestion, Kiril, and the problem with the changed:week command is that it lists the tasks without showing who they are assigned to, or what date they were added. So its not really useful, and in order to see what tasks have been added or completed for each top level category I still have to check each sub-task one by one.

    Would it be better if I created a new feature request for this instead of this bug report?

    Thanks, Kirill, that suggestion is helpful. I guess I'm making a feature request then, instead of a bug report: I think the most logical behavior regarding dates is for changes in subtasks to automatically update the date on parent tasks. Since a subtask is a subdivision of a parent task, it stands to reason that any change to a subtask is a change to the parent task.

    Here's a screenshot showing what appears to be the bug. The screenshot shows that even though two subtasks have been updated in October, the "last updated" field of the top level task still displays a "last updated" date of September 21.
