"Due tasks" screen improvements - keyboard navigation & sort order
need ability to navigate the "Due tasks" screen via keyboard. can be a simplified version of navigation:
- up/down arrows to move up and down between items
- 'gg' to go to highlighted item's checklist
- 'dd' to change due date
- 'spacebar' to mark complete from this screen without having to open up each checklist
(these would collectively prevent mouse use on this screen - a big plus)
also the sort order of items should match actual checklists. for example, if i have 3 items of the same hierarchy all marked 'asap' in a deliberate order, that order may be mixed up on the "Due tasks" screen. would be very helpful to maintain the order set by user.
thanks.
Just updated the server. Keyboard navigation, task completion, task order, all added.
“Under” section is now available again with ‘sd’ shortcut

While I love the improvements, I am very disappointed that you no longer display the "Under" path for the due tasks. Yes I can hover and see them but hovering over hundreds of tasks is just not practical. :-( Without this display I cannot use the "Due" tasks display for most of my work (dozens of tasks, all the same except part of different projects, which was previously displayed via the "Under"), and all of the improvements are wasted on me. I MUST see the "Under" path on the screen to use the DUE Tasks. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!

key for me is to be able to mark the task done.
I do love the quick nav to the due list "ll<enter>" -

Also, it would be useful to be able to collapse the due tasks for a particular list on the "Due Tasks" view. Sometimes I'd like to be able to focus on just the due tasks for just one list.

I agree about the sort order on the "Due Tasks" view. I like how it works for the most part, except for the sort order. The "Due Tasks" sequence should be the same as the sequence within the list. Currently it seems to be a random sequence. :-(
