    I've tested checkvist in windows 10 mobile offline and the behaviour is unpredictable. Sometimes I can go around my lists and others not. In any way I could not add a new task (pressing the + button has no effect) and I have to keep the edge browser open in the checkvist page before loosing connection with the internet.
