Support angle brackets in entries
When entering text, I can use angle brackets, but when the text is displayed, they are not shown. Please escape them correctly!

Hello! We're testing this feature on http://beta.checkvist.com now (same credentials, same data). Please, participate :)

Actually, we plan to support brackets and code with GitHub-like markdown extension. And when Markdown is enabled, code inside `` should be supported too.
Will fix, eventually.

A lot of forums use ` backticks at beginning and end to escape code. Perhaps that could be how this is implemented on Checkvist.

The <..> solution is not good to my eyes.
For instance a copy-paste from a XML file (in Eclipse) shows that the entry:
<Applicable Expression="@SF_BEHAVIOR_Methods.IsApplicable('PROFILRADIUS1')"/>
is shortened to:
<Applicable/>My choice was the remplace the leading "<" and the trailing "/>" by an underscore
Using "<" or ">" is painfull for me -

Sometimes it's very nasty, e.g. when adding a note with a large chunk of copypasted text with lots of angle brackets. Maybe introduce an option to switch HTML rendering off?
