keyboard shortcuts: escape key works like vim
When I'm adding items in checkvist, my vim muscle memory often takes over and I hit Esc when done. This undoes my edit instead of leaving the text as is.
If I want to undo something, I'd normally hit Esc followed by "u" (Ctrl+Z is already there and that'd be fine, I figured I'd ask for what I really want :D)

Google Keep uses ESC to save the current note.

Dustin, I'm sorry by I think we won't implement this - Checkvist audience is much wider than VIM users, and cancel on escape is more expected behaviour, I believe.
