Predecessor/Dependent On
I really need the ability to list any predecessors a task has... or to put it another way, I need to record the tasks that a certain task is dependent on. I have been evaluating veoproject, which allows this using task id numbers that are autoupdated as the task list is altered) but I like your interface better so I hope you will add this!

I use due dates extensively and that allows me to postpone / snooze tasks until a due date arrives. however i find myself at times wanting to say popup Task B only after Task A is completed and hide it until then. If there was a way to say Task B should become due as soon as task A is completed that would be great

Task/job dependencies: when one task should be completed before another, and when one task is completed a notification is sent about it to assignees of tasks who can start working.

Adding this would bring a lot of power - even numbered steps would be a partial solution. I think you want to steer clear of becoming a generalized project management solution but this step fits in well with what is here.

This is the one feature I need added. Since dependencies can be linearly, as a series of steps, or hierarchically it would be nice to be able to affirmatively mark a given task as dependent on, or blocked by another task.

I would also love to be able to have dependencies across checklists so I don't have to put all my projects under one list.
