bug: keep numbering when filtering/hide completed is used
-
Hello John,
I don't quite understand the problem you're describing. How the first task item has number 500? It is possible only if you closed first 499 tasks without refreshing the list.
Please describe in more detail the problem you're having. If needed, please write e-mail to kirsa@checkvist.com and include necessary screenshots.
Thanks,

I may not understand the reason why you've implemented this the way that you have, but once I complete a task I need my list to re-order itself and not leave gaps. Overtime this will create a really crazy list with the first task item #500, the second #842, the third #10025, etc. and that's less than ideal. Once a task is completed it should go to a completed task list and its former meta-data could be someone indicated (ie. what outline number it was when it was completed relative to other completed tasks), but as it is now in the Checkvist release I have to delete tasks instead of closing/completing them. This means I don't get to have an archive of my completed tasks if needed.
