    You have left! (?) (thinking…)

Another idea is to use some of the real-estate, on the right side, to show the Notes associated with the current item. Instead of showing them under the item as though they were sub-items. In the same way that Google Docs/Sheets and MS Office show comments on the right side.

Never mind. As I've played around with Checkvist more I've discovered how to add Markdown tables as an item and that solves my need perfectly. Thanks.

I think it would be great if I could column align parts of an item. So if I had a list of runs I could column align the Date, Location, Distance, and Time in each row so it's easy to scan down a list.

It's not a really a table because I don't need headers or sorting or stuff.

I just want to see elements of an item aligned vertically.

I think it's just natural to find new stuff at the bottom of a list.

Alternatively, it could be possible to pin items to the top of the list so that new items appear just below the pinned items.

I have certain tasks that are always want at the top of my list so every time I look at the list I'm reminded to do them first (or at least check if they need to be done).
