Current work in progress for the offline HTML5 hybrid app, please try it: https://checkvist.com/auth/mobile
We also have a separate feature pool for it:

For iPad it's better to enable "Show hints" in the View options menu. Thus you'll be able to use all shortcuts listed there (the red key text is a working action link).

Hi, Camron! While I can understand the usefulness of the feauture (I would see it very useful in an embedded checklist on someone's website or application, for example), I can't understand what are the problems with the mobile login? Are you talking about http://checkvist.com/m, the mobile version? Please, let us know if you experience any bugs there!

Hi, Doug! "yesterday's meeting" is a safe syntax - Checkvist recognizes due dates only at the very end of the list item: "meeting yesterday" will be turned into a due date. But not "yesterday meeting". And if you don't want a due date, simply put a dot after the last word in the list item - "meeting yesterday." And it won't be turned in a due date, either.

Steve, are you on Opera 10 or earlier? We have a number of issues for Opera (10) on Mac, and will try to fix them soonest. Until then you could use Meta+arrow keys to move tasks up and down the hierarchy.

By the moment, you can modify Checkvist presentation in the PRO plan. You can alter some colors, and provide advanced custom CSS styles which allow to change the font size. But this requires hard CSS coding. We need to provide simple way to specify different styles for a list.
The sample CSS for reducing font size in the list is:
ul.topLevel li { font-size: 12px;}
ul.topLevel ul li, ul.topLevel ul li.task { font-size: 10px;}Some more customisation samples can be seen in this list: https://checkvist.com/checklists/486715

By the way, how many colors do you use in your team? What do you use them for - task assignment? Or priority?

OK. And just out of curiosity - what are the fonts you use? (I guess, you've configured them in your browser and would like Checkvist to use them).

We were thinking of supporting export/import .mmap format. Is it what you need?

Will, you can use http://checklisthq.com :-) It was the original domain we’ve bought. Very 37-signalish!
Swipe seems to be quite a natural gesture for "striking out" an item, doesn't it? Plus, a swipe into opposite direction will "reopen" it again.
But if you have other ideas on a "shortcut" to closing/reopening a task, let's discuss them and improve Checkvist! :)
