There is an option not to complete the parent task after its children have been completed (see the second option on the profile/settings page https://checkvist.com/auth/profile#appearance).
But this option works for all your lists.
Another workaround - put a dummy task under a 'permanent' parent, like 'Anything else?', make it italic to differ from the 'true' tasks. Thus you can combine both behaviours in a single list. (Disclaimer: we do it from time to time when we have a permanent task we shouldn't forget :) -

Tags can be a really flexible solution for many types of calculations, I think.Probably, it's also connected with the 'columns' request, https://checkvist.uservoice.com/forums/2121-checkvist-web/suggestions/2249163-add-columns. Can't imaging different types of calculations in the list without columns :)
Do you have any examples? -

One more question - do you use Progress counter inside lists? You have to press 'pc' on a branch to track the progress. Also works for the whole lists, can be used with time estimation.. in case you didn't try it before - https://checkvist.com/auth/help#show_progress_counter
And if you use it, does this UI solution work for you _in_ the list?

I assume you're talking about the All lists page (as we didn't have any progress counters in the lists before the current counter).Right now we are using the same solution for both cases, as it's easier and simpler. On the other hand, we are planning to re-work the All lists page, and progress bar/counter can also get a new design.
The only thing is we'd like to better understand what's wrong with the current counter. Simply aesthetical reasons? Or are the bars better because you are used to visually compare them?
Any explanation of your usage scenario and reasons would be very helpful!

Right now you can either move completed tasks down or hide completed tasks (both options are available from the options menu). There's no setting to auto-collapse a completed parent task, but it's a very nice idea.
Could you please check how it works now on the Beta server?

An error occurred while saving the comment If you are using Checkvistle, we can hardly help with the bugfix as is not our app, it is developed by a third party using Checkvist's API.
On the other hand, Checkvist has its own mobile webapp that works offline - https://m.checkvist.com
If the login problems happen on the mobile webapp (m.checkvist.com) we will research the problem and definitely help :) -

No progress in this direction yet. We researched the demand about a year ago and unfortunately found it rather insignificant. Being a small team, we have to concentrate on the most important features first.
The request's status was misleading, I've updated it.An error occurred while saving the comment @Vin Thomas: would you like to change logo once for all your lists or to have an ability to upload different logos for different lists?

An error occurred while saving the comment Actually all you need to get rid of the browser tab and the browser toolbar is to add Checkvist mobile app to 'Home Screen', as described in the instructions here https://checkvist.com/auth/mobile
After that you'll enter your credentials just once and then start Checkvist by tapping the Checkvist app icon on the home screen, just like you do it with a native app.

I can't see how we could implement this in Checkvist, but there's an app out there, called Gingko (https://gingkoapp.com/) that does exactly what you're talking about - it expands the list from left to right, not from top to bottom. Have you tried it?

An error occurred while saving the comment That's a good suggestion, thanks. Although you don't need to scroll to switch between lists even now -- try the 'll' (lists) shortcut to invoke the Lists menu. Same for other dialog windows, like 'ec' for Expand/Collapse, 'oo' for 'Options, etc.
