Current work in progress for the offline HTML5 hybrid app, please try it: https://checkvist.com/auth/mobile
We also have a separate feature pool for it:
http://checkvist.uservoice.com/forums/239385-checkvist-mobileAn error occurred while saving the comment Marc, we started working on the next generation mobile UI with offline support (very pre-release stage yet, but works on Chrome/Android).
Please see some details at https://checkvist.com/auth/mobileAn error occurred while saving the comment Hi Shaodong,
The most recent pre-alpha version of offline Checkvist mobile app is mentioned here: https://plus.google.com/+Checkvist/posts/hWdeN3gxvkCWork in progress, though the app is already useful. For updates, subscribe to our Checkvist Friends community:

KIRAn error occurred while saving the comment Hello Roger,
We're working on mobile app, and we'll announce the alpha version of the app in our Google+ community: https://plus.google.com/u/0/communities/104839275994423503902
An error occurred while saving the comment Sorry, we don't have estimates for this. The work was started, though.
An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Gabe,
You can write us to kirsa@checkvist.com.
By third party I mean that the tool is being written not by Checkvist team and not under our control :-)
Regards,
KIRAn error occurred while saving the comment Currently, there is a native third-party iPhone app in development, and prototypes are already available. The app is not very powerful, and doesn't provide many features of Checkvist yet, but it works.
If you're really interested in trying, testing, and providing real feedback, please send me an e-mail - I'll contact you with the developers.
Thanks,
KIRAdminKirill Maximov (CEO / Founder, Checkvist) supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment @sityu, thanks for the suggestion! We're thinking about some redesign of the Checkvist UI and we'll keep in mind your suggestion so tablets could work better.
An error occurred while saving the comment Vishal, which functionality of the full version of the checkvist you need in the mobile app?
An error occurred while saving the comment Pablo, we don't have an estimate for the release. We do want to develop the app in the nearest future, and we plan to provide the initial version in this year, but we don't have detailed plan with precise estimate.
An error occurred while saving the comment @wldmr We don't think iPhone app should have all the features of the original Checkvist app. Anyway, if you miss any specific API, please let us know - we're trying to add missing parts upon requests. About "3 years old" - we're trying to do our best. Sorry if it is not enough for you.
An error occurred while saving the comment We have an OpenAPI, and we're extending it to provide more Checkvist features via this API. And, there is a company which started developing Mac/iOS application for the Checkvist. So (keep the fingers crossed), iOS app will be available sooner than we thought.
So if there is anyone who want to develop Android app - feel free to do so, but drop us a line about this.An error occurred while saving the comment I'm afraid, we cannot give estimates for this - we have not started working on it yet.
An error occurred while saving the comment @Betto Agree, it is not usable, just achievable :). Will try to find a decent solution for iPad as well.
An error occurred while saving the comment It won't be a dedicated iPhone or Android app. What we'd like to develop is HTML5 app, which would work offline, and which would work in different devices.
Regarding iPad, you can also use existing Checkvist UI, if you enable sidebar in the 'view options' menu.
An error occurred while saving the comment What we'd like to implement is a cool HTML5-based offline application, which would work on any browser supporting HTML5 offline mode. So if BlackBerry works with such technologies, it will be OK. We really don't want to create dedicated apps, when we have a chance to find a common flexible solution.
An error occurred while saving the comment We haven't started working on dedicated iPhone app yet. By the way, what are your primary expectations from such an app (besides offline work and synchronization with web?).
An error occurred while saving the comment Color coding has been fixed in mobile version. Viewing public read-only checklists in mobile UI is now supported as well.
An error occurred while saving the comment @leshchenko will try to fix this on this weekend
An error occurred while saving the comment I think we'll go offline with browser version of Checkvist (possibly, both on desktop and on iPhone).
An error occurred while saving the comment We plan to improve mobile online version of Checkvist (http://checkvist.com/m) in the near future (before the summer). I don't think we'll manage to create a dedicated IPhone version of checkvist soon :(
An error occurred while saving the comment Going to the local store to get an iPhone today... We need a device to test checkvist on and to provide you with iPhone version.

An error occurred while saving the comment There's a workaround. If you export a list into OPML, then you can use the replace function of any text editor, and then import the results back to Checkvist.
Not very convenient, but still something.

Why is it so important? Do you have so many notes? And you really want to read them in reverse order?
An error occurred while saving the comment I hope we'll squeeze this task into one of the next updates.
An error occurred while saving the comment We were also asked for manual notes reordering (Ctrl + arrows?)
An error occurred while saving the comment OK, I see. This is probably more an issue for mobile users.
May be, we should allow to hide notes between first and last one, and show them only upon request? -

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Wade,
Data organisation is a really interesting topic. How many lists do you have?
Personally, I do not rely on strict structure, but more on search capabilities and filtering lists by names/tags.
Also, you may want to review/vote the following issue: http://checkvist.uservoice.com/forums/2121-general/suggestions/86089-create-a-checklist-of-checklistsIsn't your request duplicates this one?
Thanks,

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not sure that double-ID addressing for the target place is a good solution for the problem, may be we'll find a better way eventually.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello,
Do I understand correctly that you're suggesting the scrolling command for the whole document for the case, when a list item is being added/edited?

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for the idea, we plan adding global search/filtering to the toolbar, though we haven't decided yet how to distinguish them.
Also, we plan adding 'more' item to the toolbar and group other commands like priority/color/tag etc. there.
But so far, I don't think we'll offer customization there.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Jim,
Thanks a lot for trying this scenarios.
You're right, we have to behave better and more safe in these cases.
There are probably more cases like you describe, we'll work more carefully on synchronisation issues. Thanks again!

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Jonathan,
You're right, when I started reading your message, private tags pop up in my head as one of the ways to do user-specific prioritisation. Also, tag colors are not shared, they are individual.
Another user-specific thing we have is a due page. By default, due page shows only those due tasks, which were set by the current user or were assigned to this user. You can read more about it under "Due notifications improvements" at http://checkvist.tumblr.com/post/49167719257/repeating-tasks-and-due-notifications-improvements
But this won't solve the issue with different Due for different people. We plan to implement issues like http://checkvist.uservoice.com/forums/2121-general/suggestions/1578087-list-of-links-to-tasks-cross-list-tasks and http://checkvist.uservoice.com/forums/2121-general/suggestions/86089-create-a-checklist-of-checklists - this will allow people to create custom lists from existing data.
But first, we'll prepare an initial version of our mobile offline app - we're actively working on it.
Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts and needs.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Jonathan,
The idea is interesting, and clearly has some business usages. As far as I understand, you want to avoid creating accounts by people who are assigned tasks to? I'm afraid, this doesn't fit Checkvist's architecture. To do some activity in the tool, one have to have an account there.
We could create some specific links in e-mails, which would perform some actions like closing a task, or allow commenting out an existing task from e-mail client, but this still requires existence of the Checkvist account.
We already have a link in due notification e-mail which allows to close the task - we could add such a link to notification e-mails. Would it be useful?
Kind regards,

I'm afraid I don't quite understand. The font size is set in pixels, to a fixed value. May be, you have different scaling value in your printing options? I don't think we can affect these.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for the idea, though it may be tough to implement - Checkvist mobile is not true native app, and there could be some difficulties.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello,
Actually, you can use priority: any to search for any priority. You cannot specify the maximum priority boundary, but it still may be useful.
Thanks for your request!

We’ve started working on integration between Zapier and Checkvist – and this allows an integration between Google Tasks and Checkvist.
For instance, this allows to “copy” all newly added Google Tasks tasks to Checkvist. Please read more here: https://plus.google.com/b/114021845786371597651/+Checkvist/posts/SoiDZevJKdZ

Thanks a lot for your research - I've created a feature request for OPML export in tasks-backup issue tracker: https://code.google.com/p/tasks-backup/issues/detail?id=19, please vote :)
Could you please point me to the information about code.google.com deprecation - I could not find anything this?

Thanks for the suggestion. Is it the same as http://checkvist.uservoice.com/forums/2121-general/suggestions/2020659-save-to-dropbox, but for Google Drive?
