Workaround: use ‘xx’ shortcut to extract list branch to a separate list, and give permissions to this extracted list.

1)exemple: i need a command to delegate a task to one of my team members. Then the task is automatically visible to my team member inside his task list. I should still be able to see it, tag it as #delegated for exemple and when completed by my team member i should see it as completed
2)not quite: i would like to have a special icon each time the task has been added a comment to by somebody else. this is true especially if you implement the first point of my remarks: i delegate a task, my team member says "cant do it right now, maybe tomorrow" and should be able to have a visual icon to see update on that task, click on that icon and see the comments
3)what i mean is that when i delegate a task, the person the task is assigned for should only be able to add comments and complete the task but not modify it
