Kanban Boards for top level nodes
It would be great if I could visualise my top level nodes next to each other instead of underneath each other.
So that I can see all the sub-nodes as items on these vertical lists.
They're called the Kanban approach, and I think it would be a great addition to CheckVist! It doesn't have to be as visual as trello, the current simple design could do! But you could use ⌘→ and ⌘← to move them between boards.

A similar feature exists in Workflowy and it looks really useful. Would remove the need for a separate tool.

Hi kir
Can you please share the CSS hack again. It is not accessible after Google plus shut down.
Thanks

If you could create named list sets (lists grouped as a set of panes columns) they would work fine as kanban swim lanes. You could still use `mm` to move items between lanes or some kind of switch list/lane command similar to the `ll` command to stay on the same screen. -
Here is a CSS hack which enables this mode (if you have Checkvist PRO plan):

That is currently holding me back from switching to CheckVist. I am still using Moo.do, only because you can have all your lists in different panes. Backlog - Doing - Done would all be visible besides each other. Of course, you might just split vertically and use one list, but that would really take away from the great visualisation and ease of use of the Kanban-approach.
