I would like a Microsoft Outlook plugin that would let me clip bits from emails into Checkvist (in the same way Evernote clips highlighted text from a webpage). The clipped data would include all or just the highlighted contents, and the e-mail TO, FROM and Subject.

Actually, I amend my former comment, it would be much better to have real sync rather than just a one-time export/import.

This could be done by formatting the lists using categories and such, so that it exports as an .xls file formatted for Outlook's "import from another file format" option.
