Assigning a task to a shared person
For more collaborative use, the task should be assigned to a shared person when creating each task.
User should be notified when a change is made for any task the user is assigned to.

Paulo, Checkvist doesn't support task-level sharing with users.
Do you mean that when a task is assigned to @user we should automatically share whole list with this user?Personally, I'm not sure this is a good idea - it may be too implicit.
With @user, we planned to offer a user name completion, and in the completion list only users from the current share list would be shown.

Hello,
It would be great if it was also possible to automaticaly share a task based on tags
Example: If I have a colaborator named "John" and tag a task with #john It would automaticaly share that task with him. -

Kirill, I think what you've described is perfect! I really love the idea of adding an 'all tags' type of view as you're describing, with the tasks being sorted by tag. Please make sure though that the @user (filtered) view is always sortable by the order of the list (for me, that's the priority). Ok, go! ;D

Kirill, they way you have described it seems perfect and very much in line with the simplicity of use of CV. Thanks, Cristiano

I've been using the tagging system in the Beta Checkvist, and it does the job very well for assigning tasks. So, case closed for me :P

Kirill, I'm sure the tags as you've described them will solve this problem.

Please imagine you have tagging support in Checkvist. You can tag checklists, individual tasks and so on. You can sort tasks by a tag, and specify order of tags for sorting. Tags can be colored. You can search for a list of tasks marked with a tag or several tags.
We can use @user tag for assigning tasks to a person. When a task is assigned, the assignee would get notifications about all changes in the task.
What else would you like to see implemented as a part of this feature?

Ditto with leschchenko:
I'm currently using colors for this, but yes, assigning a person who shares the list to a specific item would be nice. It would also be good to have a "smart" list of all the items across different checklists that are assigned to you.
The smart list would be super beneficial. -

I think I'm -1 on this. I love the simplicity. I think if Checkvist tries to be a full-functioning project management solution, it might lose it's soul :)
I use CV's amazing outlinging capabilities for this functionality. On a shared list I have, "Shai's To-dos, Sarah's to-do's, Gabe's to-dos" as top-level parents with the to-do's assigned to those people living as children in those sections.

Checkvist pro is very useful for our small team. And when your work with collegue its important to understand who is responsible for this task. Coloring don't work - i can't select task only with my colour. Thank you! Great job!

Coloring doesn't work well for me. I also need to know who is working on what. So adding an extra status as in progress and shows the person who is responsible for it would be nice

After a while, I think that colors do solve this problem in a simple and elegant way. Any "improvement" in this area would probably hirt overall simplicity.

Assigned person can be selected by using up/down arrow key before press ENTER key, at the end of typing the task.

Yes, both informations of assignee and assigned person are necessary.
-
I assume that assignee information should be available in the "details on" mode, right? E-mail notification is good idea.

When assigning, the task should be sent to the shared person's email.
