  Jim, recent changes for global search are not shown immediately. We update search index each 10 minutes, so you may miss your recent changes in the global search. Will try to improve the situation.

  I can't seem to get searches by priority or color to work across all lists. I start typing "priority..." and then select "priority: 1" from the drop-down. Then I click the "search in all lists" button, and get "nothing found." Seems like the only thing that will work to search across all lists is tags. When I try priority, color, or text I always get "Nothing found" when I search in all lists, even when these work as filters on the current list. Help?

  What about saved search feature? That would be huge for creating Smart Lists for everyday use

  Common - just do any type of search. Right now, only tag search exists, if I am not mistaken. A SEARCH THROUGH WORDS IS GREATL MISSING. Honestly, this is the only one truly missing feature I miss from Todoist. If you have a long list with many items, this feature is ABSOLUTELY INDISPENSABLE or else how are you going to find your things? This seems to me so much more important than anything else. Please give it high priority. Thanks.

  Definitely a very important feature!!! Will make Checkvist much more flexible and efficient/effective.

  The difference of this feature from Dynamic filtering is that search will work across multiple lists, and dynamic filtering will work within a list. At least this is how we envision this so far.

  I think it should function like grep, yielding a new list with all the search hits, each hit linking to a line in a checkvist.

  a simple 'insta-search' like that used with UserVoice would be useful
  show the matches with some highlight color.

  It wd be great if I could search my lists (and even those that I've archived). Great for eliminating duplication of work (maybe I've already got something similar in my previous lists and I've forgotten) or when I just can't remember where I put my honey-do list.

  want to be able to do a search like "has a certain tag + has no undone parent tasks)
